Shipping & return policy.
Whilst every effort is made to get items out as quickly as possible, we aim to have orders shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Some items may
experience delays while we wait on stock to arrive or delays in carrier operations, but we will keep you in the loop if this occurs. Returns - whilst every effort is taken to meet your needs and engraving designs, we do not accept returns on change of mind. If your product arrives damaged, please email us here with photos of its arrival condition.
Can I choose my own design and what is the process?
Absolutely you can! Thats what personalisation is all about. Once you have made your purchase, you can upload your images here. Once we engrave the product, under the engraving will appear stainless silver and the coating will be the colour you selected. Once you have selected your product and we have completed design work, we will send you a desktop proof of the proposed design. Once we get the go ahead, we will etch the work in and then post to your address.
Dose engraving void my warranty?
In short, for the big names like Yeti and Frank Green yes. Unfortunately, for a third party engraver like us, this will void your warranty on these two products. But dont fear, we stand behind our engraving and the product. If the product fails due to our engraving (which hasn't happened at all), we will replace the product at no cost. As for our Aussie Pal products, we are fully covered for warranty claims and will replace at no cost to you.
